ONLINE THUNDER
Tell us about yourself, how did you get started playing DoD?
I started playing DoD because of my father, aka [sAs]DDTee back in early 2003. I mostly just pubbed and played in the occasional STA match and what not. After a few years of playing leagues on sAs’s lower team and helping lead them to the first season of CAL-IM, my brother, ryanemo, and I were removed from the team due to us “being too young and immature”. I was then recruited by [SKULL]Khemikal (you now may know him as Duality) to come play with a newly formed team known as despise. We started that season in open and after 3 matches found ourselves competing for a playoff spot in main. We spent 3 seasons in main before merging with dicE and becoming an invite team. Halfway through that season I left dicE after coming down with mono and missing a couple of matches and went on to play with 85th’s IM team for the remainder of the season.
Cont… also, what are some of your more memorable moments in your DoD career?
I cheated in a pub during off season, got cal banned because of an eventually banned cheater ([GIMP]Revolt, aka an extremely corrupt admin) and from there, both my ban and the ban to ryan continuously got extended thanks to some corrupt admins and some ill advised decisions (ryan applying to be a cal admin on our new host mask and ip under his old cal account LOL that was funny) but anyways, I continued playing aliased in cal MAIN for a couple of seasons on miscellaneous teams such as a reformed despise, team kyng, and eventually landed on Eximius, for whom I competed at WSVG 06. This marked a huge change for me in dod as up until this point, I used a thumb trackball mouse to play. My teammate Baloo told me if I didn’t learn to play with a normal mouse he wouldn’t continue to play with me because it was just retarded that I ever used that piece of shit at all (his words) so I switched to a normal mouse, went back to my natural class of sniping, and formed the team aPro for the first season of CEVO which we won in the amateur division (coming out of the lower bracket and winning 3 matches on the last night of the season) and went on to x3o lan which we placed second at to team jetty, the reigning champion.
I remained cal banned up until this point and participated only in TPG while making movies for players such as vasily (vasily-flawless) dorito (the dorito movie) and kellen rust (the unfinished kellen full draft) until I was eventually approached by teamukz about becoming their starting main rifle for the w2z lan in the summer of 2007. We went on to win that LAN undefeated and from there I formed a bond with another team who attended the lan, ONLINEthunder. ryanemo, toxinator and I revamped the THUNDER roster and competed in TPG upper the following season (our first championship as a team) while we had fill ins play for CAL until our ban was eventually removed in January of 2008. The next season we went undefeated and won CAL invite, then attended Kentucky Lan that summer and again won. After that, there was supposed to be a Chicago LAN which kicked our team into full gear, however, when that tournament was cancelled, we decided as a team to split up and I moved on to play with some up and coming doder’s who were former high level CS players. That team was known as gddLam and the e-bond that came from playing with menace and gaul has continued to this day, resulting in us playing on multiple CS and dod teams together, and those two guys really teaching me how to play cs which was really awesome. I even went on to win Socal LAN 6 with Brittany’s Money Crew with menace on the team, and eventually recruited him while forming a team for Socal 7 which went on to win that lan as well, although I ended up not attending due to personal reasons. Through out all of this time from 2007-the present time, other than the one season I finished out undefeated with gddLam, THUNDER remained a tight knit group. Currently I have 3 LAN championships to my name, over 10 online championships and a strong 4+ year bond with the core of THUNDER that at this point, in my opinion (and regardless of any arguments about how dead the game is) would be extremely tough for any other team to match. I still continue playing CS and dod competitively and am working on what will likely be my final movie, the onlineTHUNDER- Best of the Best movie. I’m always available for help to anyone, whether it be a question about in game day of defeat/cs or movie making questions. Anyone who is reading this had to have been bored 3 un-indented paragraphs ago, so I’ll finish it up here.
Here are a few movies showcasing my fragging abilities:
2004- joint movie of my heavy partner on despise, kirill, and I - How To Keep It CAL Main
2007- aPro movie - aPro – Road to a Championsip
2008- movie of my left over LAN footage from various LANs - LanGoN
2009- unfinished movie of myself, just the last song of it featuring 2 years of my best movie footage - Full Lolitas
2011- ONLINEthunder movie - ONLINE THUNDER Movie
What keeps you playing DoD today?
Plain and simple, the competition. having been an athlete at a high level my entire life, I can never get enough competing and as long as I have a computer with a good internet connection, I’ll be playing some sort of first person shooter video game

Additional Info and Shout-outs
I have two prosthetic legs, a state championship in hockey, countless years of playing both hockey and baseball at the highest levels in each respective age group, a soft spot for emo music and skanky biatches, i love eric sears to death, and no matter how dead this game gets, I more than likely won’t stop playing it.
I am also willing to (and this is going to sound so awful but i figure it’s worth a shot) make a frag movie for anyone at a price. After the release of this next thunder movie, i will no longer be making films for myself or my team but will happily do so for others for a small fee (seriously im not a dick, itd be like 10 bucks which is reasonable considering the time!)
Shout-outs to all the thunder guys jared ryan bryan andrewgaul chris drossel matt sean pat jgale stevehisey ken coleman joey harter alex kirkland, frankie lawrence (my dod protege and my absolute certain pick for best up and comer in the game) taylor graf, the other flawless noobies. joshyboybrown, rick schwisow, chris rivas, all the rest of the guys who have played for thunder/jetty over the years etc etc. i was bored and its 530 am so i figured i would do this
