I definetely have to add more meals/fats per meal
I've got a steroid cycle ready to go whenever, so if in a few months I'm not liking much of the 3-4x per week style workout, I'll go back to my 1-2x per week style and add the cycle.
Ex. Having consistency 80-80-80-70. Or something to that effect.
I've always hit muscle groups 2x a week, and 3x a week if a certain muscle group isn't "up to par". But I'll have to try hitting muscle groups more often.
